The new brands you NEED to know

We don’t gate keep, these are the hottest new brands to land on Fabric of Society. Discover who you’ll be wearing this season (if we don’t get there first!)

28th January 2025

Is there anything better than seeing the back of January? As our diaries start to fill up for a year of fun and memory-making, now is the perfect time for a wardrobe refresh. Best of all, this season we welcome a host of new and exciting brands to Fabric of Society, from global cult labels like Magda Butrym to home-grown Middle Eastern talent such as much coveted, Abadia. Make room in your closets and read more about our newest arrivals.

16Arlington

16Arlington is a brand that refuses to be put in a box. As soon as you think you know what it’s all about, co-founder and creative director, Marco Capaldo, will surprise you with a jolt of the new. Most noted for their liberal use of feathers and sequins to turn out playful and undisputedly beautiful event wear, the brand also delivers clothing with an addictive cool-girl, masculine twist. We’re lusting after their Olall sequin top, which works perfectly with tailoring, a winter mini skirt or laid back denim.

Taller Marmo

We couldn’t be more thrilled about a brand arriving at Fabric of Society than we were when Taller Marmo hit the site. Founded in 2013 by Riccardo Audisio and Yago Goicoechea, it derives its name from the Spanish word for laboratory and the Italian word for marble, reflecting the designers' penchant for experimentation with innovative techniques and luxury fabrics. The brand embodies a modern approach to occasion wear, infused with a fun and fabulous spirit, offering investment dresses that make every woman feel extraordinary. The brand is our first stop for exquisite Eid outfits and wedding looks to love forever. Be quick though, it’s selling out fast. Are we surprised? Not. One. Bit.

Abadia

Abadia is close to our hearts, as a middle eastern brand Founded in Saudi Arabia. The label champions ethical luxury, fusing contemporary design with a deep and authentic celebration of culture. The result is truly beautiful clothing that reveals a spellbinding aesthetic and craftsmanship over time. The pieces are timeless yet modern and will serve you through everything from vacations to celebration. We couldn’t possibly choose between their Brown Layan Pleated Maxi Skirt – which serves maximum style mileage, or the White Sahab Scarf Dress, which is elegant, demure and perfectly made for Eid moments.

Marge Sherwood

Korean brand, Marge Sherwood feels both modern and vintage all at once. The designs look familiar but the modern twists and unexpected details make them thoroughly contemporary. Named after a character from the 1955 novel, The Talented Mr. Ripley, the brand is our go-to for timeless bags with a dose of playfulness. Crafted from butter soft leather that becomes more beautiful and storied over time, a Marge Sherwood bag is an investment piece for years to come.

Magda Butrym

We are so excited to welcome Magda Butrym to Fabric of Society. The luxury brand is steeped in romanticism to create a unique take on femininity. The resulting designs mix minimalism with flair,  futuristic elements and an edge. What makes the brand's namesake creative director’s approach even more exciting is the label’s dedication to collaboration, working with independent artisans from all over Poland, enriching the highest quality fabrics with hand-knitted pieces, plaited leather and hand-embroidered ornaments. The Magda girl exudes a casual confidence, and for us, the new Navy Denim Corset and Navy Wide-Leg Jeans capture this effortlessly. Another hallmark of the collection is the striking sculptural rose motif, which brings the versatile White Rose Midi Skirt to life.
