Fabric of Society eCommerce packaging is 100% recyclable and our eCommerce boxes are made from 100% recycled fibres. We have prioritised the use of sustainable materials and practices wherever possible – including sourcing from sustainably-managed forests, the use of green energy and water-efficient processing.

Our policy does not allow you to cancel an order once it is placed. But if you wish too, please contact our Customer Service Team at customerservice@fabricofsociety.luxury or through our live chat function and they may be able to assist at the brand's discretion. Otherwise, please return your order for a refund.

You may place an order as a guest without creating an account, although setting up an account will allow you to track your order more seamlessly, save items you like for later and process returns more easily.

We work with DHL to deliver all of our orders internationally

You may return your order within 14 days of its shipping date, subject to exceptions . Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges.

We will launch sale periods throughout the year. Create your account to be the first to know about when these will launch.

When ordering outside of Kuwait, your chosen delivery destination may impose final taxes and duty charges. These are determined by the country your delivery is sent to and Fabric of Society will add this when checking out .
